Message from Adam

​In early 2015, just months after the youngest of our 8 children was born, my wife encouraged me to take a big leap of faith and start a private physical therapy clinic.  Very few medical professionals make it on their own because of the many challenges facing independent providers.  On top of that, my banker told me that 90% of business start-ups fail.

​

​I clung to the promise of Matthew 19:26, “With God, all things are possible.”  I have always felt that my job was to treat every patient like they are a family member; using every bit of clinical knowledge and education at my disposal to alleviate pain and restore function.  As long as I seek to glorify the Lord and give Him and others my very best, I can trust that God will faithfully provide.

​Hanes Physical Therapy is now coming into its eighth year, and we recently eclipsed one thousand patients served.  What a blessing!  In a rural area with other provider options, what sets us apart?  Hanes Physical Therapy is the only owner-operated clinic of its kind in this area.  Without positive outcomes and word-of-mouth, I wouldn’t be in business today.  It is the people of this community and surrounding areas that have afforded me with this opportunity to serve the way I want to serve; and Lord willing, I will continue to do so for many years to come.
